The theater of the absurd

Greetings my fellow Observers,

Don't you just love it. Donald Trump chastises Jorge Ramos, the news anchor from Univision, and has him removed from the auditorium where he is conducting a news conference because he wants to ask a question about immigration "out of turn".

What a wonderful time to be in the media and especially a news reporter. This pre-political campaign for a position that is over a year away is about as insanely newsworthy as it can get. Maybe Mr. Ramos wanted to push the envelope and make a name for himself by doing what everyone else is afraid to do and that is to verbally challenge Donald Trump.

Of course, what Mr. Ramos didn't want was to be dressed down by the bombastic buffoon known as "The Donald" and removed from the arena and brought back in at the behest of Mr. Trump. What a show of power by Mr. Trump?

Of course, the news media cannot get enough of this "theater of the absurd" and it is playing all of these idiotic and childlike confrontations and mishaps 24-7. Everyday you are hearing and seeing Donald Trump make one absurd prognostication at every stop, Jeb Bush making speeches about Mexican and Asian "anchor babies" then eating his words, and lastly Ben Carson, the esteemed brain surgeon who is unbelievably in second place in the Republican race behind the Donald.

The most alarming aspect of all of this high drama is the fact that Donald Trump has made it okay for every racist politician in America to speak what's really on their minds without even considering that they might just insult an entire race of people who may or may not vote for them.

America will be doomed if any of these people win the nomination and become President however there is also the chance that there are more closet racist in America than previously accounted and this is really no surprise at all.

As Mad Man continues to observe, white people are like wild animals who are backed into a corner with no way out as they see the "coloring" of America and if you think that they are going down without a fight, you are surely mistaken.

Donald Trump will continue to regurgitate his racist rhetoric and to be covered by the media, all of his opponents must join this very obscene and derogatory discussion about how to diminish the rights of all non-white Americans. Only time will tell how this will end and who knows what the end will look like. After suffering through being bombarded with this racist rhetoric day after day, can Americans come to their senses by November 2016?
