As the Nomination of Loretta Lynch has dragged on for well past 130 days, Mad Man can't help but wonder what is the GOP's motivation for delaying this well qualified woman from taking the place of the outgoing Attorney General, Eric Holder.
This Republican party has taken the disgracing of President to yet, another level by delaying the nomination of undeniably one of the most qualified people ever to be considered for the position of Attorney General of the United States of America.

Ms. Lynch brings to the position such outstanding qualifications that it is hard to even fathom why this charade is actually taking place and contrary to what the ancient Dick Chaney says, the "Race Card" should be played. Why, even the latest person to suffer from "foot in mouth" disease, Mr. Rudy Giuliani cannot help but praise this lady.
Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell claims that the delay is due to the Congress not agreeing on the "Human Trafficking Bill" that contains language about immigration and abortion. McConnell blames the Democrats for this delay because they didn't read the portion of the bill regarding abortion, which now, they are against.

Just in case some of you have not been keeping up with this idiotic practice of the Republican Party making these outlandish proclamations about being inclusive, while literally playing their "racist card" in doing so, here's a brief summary of Ms. Lynch's accomplishments.
* Graduated from Harvard University School of Law
* Currently is the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York
* Investigated Citigroup over mortgage securities sold by the bank resulting in a $ 7 billion-dollar settlement
*Involved in a $ 1.2 billion-dollar settlement with HSBC.
* She also had a role in settling a $ 1.9 billion-dollar money laundering case against HSBC. This bank was laundering money for the drug cartels.
Maybe these cases might be the reason that the Republican party is afraid to vote and approve this woman's nomination. She doesn't appear to be very friendly to the banking industry.
Another reason could be that she just might be a remake of Eric Holder. Behind the scenes they claim that this might be the case, and Mad Man believes that their suspicions might be correct. If you look back on Eric Holder's career as United States Attorney General, he was very quick to put any politician in their place who spoke to him in a condescending manner. Smart and confident Black people are like that.
Another Eric Holder like characteristic that scares these old white men is that he took it on himself to fight for the underprivileged, especially those Black and Brown men who have been used as chattel in America's prisons.
By suggesting to the states that they were being unethical and discriminatory in their incarceration practices, Mr. Holder persuaded the governors, many of them in Red States, to evaluate and realize that they were hemorrhaging money by imprisoning minority men for years for holding a bag of weed.

She is also a victim of being nominated by President Barrack Obama which in the minds of the KKK-like GOP, this is the greatest sin of all. Their agenda is to disrespect, defame, and deny any success to the first African American President at every turn.
To be honest, her lack of being nominated may be more about the GOP's disdain for President Obama than race. But there are only African Americans in the picture above which probably doesn't let these very unscrupulous men off the hook that easily.
