Baltimore's Juvenile Dentention Center

During the riots in Baltimore to protest the death of Freddie Gray while he was in custody of the police, one could see that there were an inordinate number of children in the streets wrecking havoc on the community.

The excuses and/or reasons for this behavior have not changed and it remains to be seen if they ever will, due to the political policies and procedures that continue to be implemented by the whites that run America's government and the African American politicians who can't do anything to stop them.

It is literally unconscionable to think that after reducing school budgets, closing schools, and laying off teachers, the city of Baltimore is constructing a $ 300 million dollar Juvenile Detention Center to house the many African American kids that were probably in the streets throwing rocks and burning buildings. 

Let's be real. Many of the kids who were rioting will probably spend some time in this new facility and the politicians of this country will continue to use every fear mongering bone in their body to keep America afraid of Black people so that the Private prison system cannot only continue to grow and expand, but increase its population by incarcerating children.

Sidebar: To attend Princeton University for one year, it will cost $ 37,000 dollars. To house a prisoner in the New Jersey State Prison, it would cost tax payers $ 44,000 dollars. Princeton is a private University and in comparison, cost taxpayers almost nothing.

Of course all of the youngsters in attendance were not participating in the violence but as one young mother so graphically demonstrated, by publicly kicking her son's ass, there was no reason for these children be involved in the violent behavior anyway.

Well Baltimore has the answer, which America has had for Black people since slavery. Instead of providing a quality education for these heathens, let's incarcerate them because we must continue to use them as our low wage earning slaves in addition to the few Mexicans that we can't keep out.

If you have not heard of Michelle Alexander or read her book, "The New Jim Crow" which addresses the over incarceration of African American men, please Google her and take a quick read at what she says. She and her book are now famous for the liberal media and infamous for the far right faction of the media and our government, because it contains irrefutable data that cannot be denied.

So, as the 2016 election campaigns for President pick up steam, listen with caution at all of the candidates, Democrats and Republicans, who discuss prison reform because since you have been Black, this ain't going to happen.
