Good Friday In Los Angeles

Greetings my fellow Observers,

It's another bright and sunny Friday in Los Angeles and again Mad Man is walking the streets and observing the beauty of his city. It is changing right before our eyes and becoming the Metropolis that it has wanted to become for a long time.

Pictured above are pictures of LA's partial skyline, The fountain in Grand Park that flows into a little wading pool where visitors and residents of downtown can allow their small children to play. As you continue through the park, you will arrive at the steps to the Music Center where three theaters are located.

All of this action in downtown Los Angeles is because the millennial generation do not want to be secluded in the suburbs. These young people also represent a large population of Techies that don't want to lead extravagant lives nor drive long distances.

For years Los Angeles had no backlog of apartments to rent or condos to buy, but that is changing and from Mad Man's observation, it is for the better. Los Angeles needs an urban environment to continue to fuel its economy, attract tourist and create jobs.

Along with this beautification process, the city is growing into the major player on the world stage that it is supposed to be.
