Los Angeles Lakers Home
Mexican Wedding Chapel
The Ritz Carlton / J.W. Marriott Hotels
Restaurant in China Town
Greetings my fellow Observers,
As I walk around the city of Los Angeles, I continue to see sights that are to say the least interesting, but also make the city what it is. Like all major cities, Los Angles is a hodgepodge of different cultures that add their own "flava" to what I would call "Los Angeles Soup". Many of you have seen the Staples Center on TV, but I see it almost every day and the Mexican Wedding Chapel is quite interesting. Besides getting married there, you can host birthday parties and even get a divorce. The Ritz Carlton/J.W. Marriott, like the Staples Center is in LA's party central called "LA Live" which was the beginning and driving force for the rejuvenation of downtown LA. Mad Man passes the restaurant in Chinatown every day on his way to work. There are more new buildings coming up in the city and I will attempt to chronicle their progress. Mad Man is inviting you to take this trip with him to see something that starts out very utilitarian and ends up looking like a butterfly as it exists its cocoon. "Stay thirsty my friends".
Mad Man
