America, The hateful Society

Mad Man has been going on and on about the amount and intensity of  hate-speak that is broadcast over radio, TV, and social media and it is not surprising that a young white man went into an African American church in South Carolina and killed 9 people at a bible study session.

To name a few, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and Bill O'Reilly should be proud of themselves because their strategy of perpetuating white people's hate for African Americans continues to be proven every single day whether it be by policemen or deranged citizens of this country.

Bill O'Reilly is the king of "Dog Whistle" commentary which goes with his elitist idea of who he is, whereas Sean, Rush, and even Glen Beck don't even attempt to hide their disdain for anyone other than white people. They are most threatened by African Americans, so most of their hateful rhetoric is geared towards them.

These crimes continue and nothing has happened to mitigate them by our politicians. Of course, African Americans are clamoring continuously while stating that "if these victims were white......?"

As the screams for change continue, Mad Man is very pessimistic that anything positive will occur because there will be more crimes committed by gun toting maniacs against humanity and nothing ever will be done because the gun lobby owns all politicians. On the other hand, if someone is so obsessed with the hatred of another race, there's nothing much that you can do about that because their hatred is so deep that they will find other methods to kill.

And here's where we get back to the hateful rhetoric that is being spewed over the airways that many white Americans believe because they too, are a product of a purposely diminished educational system. White people in power are very shrewd and cunning operators because they understand that if one is illiterate,
they must depend on them for their information. Furthermore, if you can't read, you will lack the cognitive skills to translate what you observe into rational thought. 

Maybe Mad Man is missing the point altogether because there are probably white people out there who will never like Black people and that's okay, but the media continues to fuel the hatred that drives these heinous actions against people of color.

So, the hate and the killing will continue without missing a beat because if laws could not be changed after all those children were gunned down in the Sandy Hook elementary school, what makes you think, that the killing of Black people in a church will make a difference?
