Florida State Representative Janet Adkins

Greetings my fellow Observers,

The following is a transcript from a secret assembly meeting in Florida that was held by State Representative, Republican Janet Adkins. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss strategies to take down African American Congresswoman Corrine Brown by redrawing her voting district. The strategy included the redrawing of the district to include prisons that are filled with non-voting inmates. In the State of Florida inmates in prisons are not allowed to vote.

The transcript of the meeting is as follows:

Adkins: "They're part of the population."

Other voice: "Can they vote"?

Adkins: "No they can't vote." So when you take a look at, and I don't know what the numbers are, but you take a look at how many
minorities are in the prisons within that newly drawn proposed congressional ...... how many of them live in the prisons."

Adkins: "That's why Corrine Brown is so against having an east west district because her concern is that they live in prisons and they can't vote. So it's a perfect storm."

Adkins: "It's a perfect storm, you're now reducing the percentage of minorities within that district and you draw it in such a fashion that perhaps a minority, or maybe not a minority, but a number of them will live in the prisons, thereby not being able to vote. You can actually (Danny?), you can be the person that will help get rid of Congresswoman Corrine Brown.

These comments were made at a closed door North Florida Republican Caucus. Ms Adkins continues...........

Adkins: "I understand that Corrine Brown filed a lawsuit and what I understand about that is that she can't really claim damages until after there's an election and after she loses. And so I think that her lawsuit is on ice, until you know, I don't think that anything is going to happen to her lawsuit until she's actually harmed".

Mad Man: This new redrawn district will include 18 prisons and reduce the African American vote by 5%. Congresswoman Brown, in an interview on the Roland Martin show, on September 29th stated that the 5th district includes Sanford Florida where Treyvon Martin was killed and Jackie Robinson was not allowed to stay while he was in spring training as a rookie with the Brooklyn Dodgers due to daily threats on his life.

This district also included African American families with children who were living in cars, washing up at Wal-Mart before going to school, due to lack of housing. This story was recently reported on 60 Minutes. There are more very unethical and scandalous legislation that has been passed in Congresswoman's 5th district and it can be found on her website.

Congresswoman Brown, in her interview, made one statement that Mad Man had never heard before and it was this when discussing African American's right to vote:

"If you are not invited to the table, you become the meal".

Mad Man will stop now before he starts writing some very strong and abusive language because I want all of my Observers to read and digest this overt and despicable display of racism.

The person who recorded these comments has yet to be identified.

Mad Man
